Should I Trade-In My S9 For the Note 20 Ultra?

I'm thinking real hard about this. I still owe about $150 on my Note9 but I want to upgrade to the Note20 Ultra with 512GB and 5G. I can get $550 from Best Buy on my Note9. But I checked my local store and they don't have them yet. Fudge Nuckles.
